Navigate to the Assess App Admin module and click on the Forms option.
The list of existing created forms will be displayed and to create a new form click on the Create Form button.
Upon clicking on the Create Form button, the below page appears.
The user is required to input the Module Name, which corresponds to the name of the form for either iLog or WBA, and make a selection for the product, which can be either iLog or WBA.
Clicking on the Standard layout option, the form builder page appears and the fields can be updated here using the Drag and Drop option. The Forms must be published in order to be visible to create Logs in the iLog module.
After publishing the form, any changes or modifications to it require the form to be checked out.
For each field, there are settings available, encompassing Properties, Permissions, Duplicate, and Delete options.
If the properties option is selected, the below page appears with the options.
If the Permission option is selected, the below page appears with permission access to the users.
When you choose the Duplicate option, it will create a copy of the specific field, and if you select the Delete option, it will remove the particular field from the layout.
Click on the Save button, the layout fields will be successfully updated.
The next page appears with the Rules page, in which Rules can be created by clicking on the Create Rule button. Form rules are a combination of logic and configuration that control how a form behaves.
The rules can be configured on this page by applying the Rule Layouts. Clicking on Save the Rules will be saved.
Clicking the Next button, it will be navigated to the Map Dependency page. Click on the Create Map to create Map Dependency.
The following page will be displayed, and it is necessary to validate the fields in order to establish a Map Dependency.
Clicking on Next, the iLog forms will be created and a pop-up will appear as "Your form has been created successfully...!"
The particular form can be edited by clicking on the Edit this Form button and selecting the menu that's visible on the left side.
The same method will be followed to create a WBA form and the same edit menu will be available for the WBA form.
