The user attempted to create a question using the 'Import Question' functionality by uploading an Excel document, but the file failed to upload.

Solution

The 'Import Question' functionality only supports Word files for upload. If a user attempts to upload any other file format, an 'Invalid File Format' error will be displayed, preventing the upload.
