The marking annotation feature allows markers to manually assign marks to candidates while using tools like tick symbols and text boxes. This system is designed to enable markers to provide detailed explanations for the marks awarded, promoting transparency and clarity in the grading process.
Note: Marking annotations can only be accessed once the answer booklet is imported.
These are the tools available for use in Marking Annotations.
There are three options in "Check."
The "Check" option is used to mark the answer.
The "Check" with one is used to award 1 mark for that particular question.
The "Check" with two is used to award 2 marks for that particular question.
A cross indicates zero marks.
You can use the circle and square tools as well.
The pen tool is used for freehand writing.
The text tool allows you to create a text box.
The delete tool removes previously used annotations.
You can download the answer booklet.
You can assign marks directly to each answer.
After assigning marks to the answers, you need to click "Submit" to update the marks.
