Unable to Edit after Marking is Submitted

Unable to Edit after Marking is Submitted

Issue

As a marker, I have submitted the marks for a specific candidate, but I need to edit the marks for certain Questions. Is there an option to make changes to the marking?

Solution

In order to edit the marks for a candidate after the marking has been submitted, the admin must first reopen the marking for that specific candidate. Once the marking is reopened, the marker will be able to access and make the necessary changes to the marks for the candidate.
