In the context of the Assess App, a "Venue" typically refers to a specific physical location or setting where assessments, exams, or evaluations are conducted or administered. This feature allows users to define and manage details related to the physical places where assessments will take place.
Navigate to the Assess App Admin module and click on the Venue option.
The list of venues which are created will be listed and, using a Create Venue option, a new Venue can be created.
The Venue Name and Short Name can be provided as per the Admins convenience. The Address can be entered in the Venue Address 1 and Venue Address 2.
The Venue State, Postcode, Country contains the complete address details of the Venue.
In the Venue city/suburb field, you will find a dropdown list that displays locations created in the Location option. The time zone for the venue will be automatically set based on the selected location from this dropdown.
The Capacity mentions the number of seating capacity such as the these many number of candidates can be added to the particular exam.
The Amenities facilities that enhance the comfort.
The Status shows whether the particular location is active or not.
Clicking on the Save button, the new venue will be created.
