Blueprints
A blueprint for an exam is a strategic and structured plan that outlines the content, format, and distribution of topics that will be covered in the assessment. The blueprint serves as a template for the exam, allowing you to select question types and the desired number of questions to create an exam. Once created, the blueprint can be used to generate multiple exams with the same format.
Creating an exam blueprint ensures that the assessment is balanced, aligned with the learning objectives, and provides a fair representation of the candidate's understanding. It comprises a set of questions which is added to the cart which can be used to create an exam.

Functionalities of Blueprints
There are multiple functionalities in the Questions sub-module. They are

1. Search and Filter Blueprints
The Search blueprint feature enables users to find specific blueprint within a Bank. It operates by considering various criteria, such as Blueprint ID, Title, Bank and Status.
Similarly, the Filter blueprint functionality allows users to sort numerous questions based on conditions. This functionality is based on specific field conditions, including ID, Title, Creation Date, Status, and more. Bank, Title, Created Date, Status, Title.
User can create a filter by clicking on the "+" sign next to the filter dropdown the selecting the filter criteria.

2. Duplicate Blueprint
The Duplicate Blueprint function enables users to copy an already existing blueprint. By utilizing this feature, you can replicate a blueprint without the need to create it a new, saving you the trouble of starting from scratch.
3. Delete Blueprint
The Delete Blueprint feature deletes a specific blueprint from the bank in the Assess App system.
4. Archive Blueprint
The Archive functionality is designed to conceal a blueprint with Approved status in the system. Once archived, these blueprints are accessible through the filter option for Archived status.
5. Preview Blueprint
The Preview functionality shows a glimpse on what questions are added to the particular blueprint and their preview of the questions.

6. Convert To Exam
The Convert to Exam functionality in Blueprint provides the option to convert the particular Blueprint to the Exam. The Questions selected in the Blueprint will be displayed in the shown in the Exam section.

7. Unlock Blueprint
The Unlock functionality in Blueprint provides an option to edit a particular blueprint by two users at a same time.
