Delivery Introduction and Navigation
In the Assess App, the Delivery sub-module plays a vital role, it facilitates the enrolment of candidates for specific exams. The Delivery module assists in candidate management and stores candidate details along with their respective exam information.
It also facilitates the Registration of invigilators, markers, examiners, and other relevant roles. The Delivery module also aids in monitoring candidates through iProctor and stores the marking plan.
The Delivery module provides us with multiple functionalities in which the candidate's actions and proctoring are stored and managed here.
The Delivery sub-module contains three main settings. They are
- Registration
- Live Dashboard
- Live Monitor
- Marking
1. Registration - The Registration menu is used to Add the users to the specific exam. The Candidates who are going to take up the Exam will be added to the particular Exam and the specific Markers and Invigilators are added to the Exam.
2. Live Dashboard - The live dashboard option is used to provide a short view of the exam status and how many candidates are in the particular exam status.
3. Live Monitor - The Live Monitor is used to track the Candidate actions and status while writing the Exams. It is also used by the Invigilator to Pause, Resume, Extend the time for the Candidate if it is needed.
4. Marking - The marking procedure is one of the main parts of exams. Once the Candidate finishes the Exams, the Admin should assign a Marker for the Candidates for them to evaluate the exam completed by the candidate.
Other Options of Registration
The options available on the Registration page are
1. Delete Users
2. Download User details
3. Bulk Download User details
4. Generate Temp Id
5. Assign Venue and Booking status
6. Markers report Download
7. Bulk Assign Invigilator
8. Reset Password
9. Bulk Candidate Response Download
Delete Users
The "Delete Users" feature allows the Admin or Invigilator to remove specific users or multiple users who have been added to the exam. By selecting users through checkboxes and clicking the "Delete Users" button, you can delete those selected users from the exam.
If the exam status is in open, then the candidates cannot be deleted from the exam.
Download User Details
The Download User Details option enables the Admin to download the User details of the Candidates enrolled in the Exam. By selecting users through checkboxes and clicking the "Download User Details" button, you can download the user details of those selected users from the exam in a xls sheet.
The sheet contains the Candidate ID, Username, Password, First Name, Last Name, and Role.
Bulk Download User Details
The "Bulk Download User Details" function is similar to the individual "Download User Details" feature, with one key difference: in "Bulk Download User Details," the admin can download details for all users who have been enrolled in the exam at once.
Markers Report Download
The Markers report download option is used when the marking part has been completed by the marker, the markers report can be downloaded using this option. The markers report comprises the complete marking portion of the candidate.
Bulk Candidate Response Download
The Bulk candidate response download is the same as the candidate response download pdf in the Live Monitor. The Bulk Candidate response download is used to download all the candidate responses enrolled in the exam in a ZIP file.
Reset Password
The Reset Password option enables the Admin or Invigilator to reset the candidate's password by selecting the candidates in the checkbox.
Assign Venue and Booking Status
The Assign venue and Booking status option enables the admin or invigilator to assign a venue to the candidate when there are multiple venues is added to the exam.
Selecting the candidates on the checkbox and selecting the menu on the top right corner.
Selecting the Venue and Booking status from the dropdown and clicking on Save the venue and Booking status will be updated.
Bulk Assign Invigilator
The Bulk Assign Invigilator option enables the Admin to assign invigilators to multiple candidates at a single time. On the top right corner, selecting the bulk assign invigilator the below page appears.
Selecting the candidates and in the Users, it shows the invigilators list added in the particular exam. Clicking on the Save button, the invigilators will be assigned at a single time to all candidates.
