The Gradebook is the final and important sub-module of the marking and result publishing system.
A gradebook is a comprehensive tool used in educational settings to manage and track students' academic performance. It serves as a digital repository that records and organizes various aspects of candidate assessments, assignments, quizzes, and exams. In a gradebook, instructors can input and calculate grades, monitor progress, and generate reports to provide students with insights into their performance over time.
Overall, a gradebook simplifies the process of recording, managing, and analyzing candidate results within a course or curriculum.
Gradebook Publishing process
The gradebook is created in the Admin module, it will be listed in the gradebook sub-module.
- After the marking process is completed and approved, the gradebook is ready to be approved and then the candidates results can be published.
Once the gradebook is approved, This means no further changes or modifications can be made to the marks, grades, or any other details within the gradebook.
The gradebook will be downloaded in the .xls format and results will be shared to candidates.
