Issue

While creating an Exam or Question, I tried to select the desired Bank, but it didn’t appear. Could you help me determine what might be causing this issue?

Solution

The issue you're experiencing occurs because, in order to access a specific Bank, you must first be assigned to that Bank and have the appropriate role that grants you permission to create Questions or Exams within it. It's possible that your current role does not include the necessary permissions to create Questions in that particular Bank, which is why it isn't showing up as an option for you. 
To resolve this issue, you will need to either have your role updated to include the ability to create Questions in that specific Bank or be added to the Bank itself with the required permissions. Once this is done, you should be able to select and use the Question to create your exam.
