Unable to add Question to an Exam

Issue

I am trying to create an exam with a set of questions, but I am unable to add a few of them. When I search for these questions using their Question IDs, they do not appear.

Solution

Upon reviewing the system, it was found that the set of questions you are trying to add is currently in 'Draft' status. Questions in 'Draft' status cannot be added to the exam. Please approve these questions first, and once they are approved, you will be able to add them to the exam.
