Categorization
The Representation will be categorized based on the Report Type selected earlier.
Tabular Report
Upon selecting the Tabular Report type, user will be presented with options to specify the Columns and Columns to Total.

The Reports will be shown as illustrated below when the Tabular Report type is chosen.

Summary Report
Once the Summary Report type is chosen, users will be shown options to define the Columns, Grouping, and Columns to Total.
