Representation

Within the representation phase of the report creation process, users are afforded the capability to exercise discretion by choosing the particular columns or data attributes they desire to integrate into the report. This level of customization empowers users to meticulously tailor the report's content according to their specific requirements and preferences.

By selectively determining which columns to include, users can ensure that the report accurately reflects the relevant data points necessary to convey the intended message or insights effectively.

Categorization

The Representation will be categorized based on the Report Type selected earlier.

Tabular Report

Upon selecting the Tabular Report type, user will be presented with options to specify the Columns and Columns to Total.



The Reports will be shown as illustrated below when the Tabular Report type is chosen.

 Summary Report

Once the Summary Report type is chosen, users will be shown options to define the ColumnsGrouping, and Columns to Total.
