SJT Question Type

A Situational Judgment Test (SJT) is a type of psychological assessment used to evaluate a person's judgment and decision-making abilities in various work-related scenarios. SJT questions present candidates with hypothetical situations they might encounter in a professional setting and ask them to choose the most appropriate response from a set of options.

SJT questions typically consist of a scenario or situation description followed by several response options. Each response option represents a possible course of action that the candidate can take in that given situation. The candidate's task is to rank or select the responses in order of their effectiveness or appropriateness.
