Approving Blueprints

Approval Workflow

There are some standard system roles that are used in approval workflows:

Reviewer - Who can receive items that are assigned to them as "In Review", reviews the question and send to Approvers to give final approval.

Approvers - Who can receive items that are assigned to them as "In Approval", and can give submit the item as the final "Approved" status.

This workflow requires that the item be sent to a Reviewer to review and item, then to an Approver to approve it.

No Workflow

This removes the requirement of an approval workflow, allowing for any user with access to the item's bank and the Submit and Approve privilege to be able to approve it.

Either the blueprint created can be saved in draft mode or approval status.

Version History

Same as the Questions sub-module, the Version History is used to check what are the changes and modifications made in the particular blueprint and by which User.
