Approving Questions 


Approving questions is the process in which the Questions are changed from the Draft Status to the Approved Status.
    
1. Workflow (Mandatory)

No Workflow : There is no approval workflow required if we select No Workflow.    

Approval Workflow : In this type, a reviewer and an approver are assigned respectively to review and approve the question. 

2. Status (Mandatory) 

The question can be in draft or approved status when we select No Workflow.

When the Approval workflow is selected the question goes through different stages of approval, such as draft, in review, in approval and approved respectively as shown in the image below.




When No Workflow is selected either we can save the question as draft or we can submit and approve the question as shown in the image below.




In No workflow when Submit and Approve is selected, the question is created successfully.
