How do I save progress and submit the exam? 

Solution

Once the Candidate enters all the answers and is reviewed, the Candidate can click on the Submit Button and after clicking on the Submit Button, a pop-up window will appear as per the image shown below. 

After clicking on the OK button, the Candidate has to enter the CAPTCHA given and by clicking on the Submit Exam button the exam will be submitted.
