What should I do if Assess App sync issues occur during the exam? 

Solution

Candidate facing sync issues because of unstable internet / Internet goes off during the process of examination.​
Advise the Candidate on the following steps 
 
1. Continue the exam in the offline mode and submit the exam. 
 
2. Leave the exam on the confirmation Page (System will automatically sync the responses) once the system is connected to the Internet. 
 
3. When there is unstable internet in the candidate’s end there are chances of screen freezing during that particular time, we can advise the candidate to check their internet connection and ask them continue with the exam in offline mode.
