1. Click on the extension icon in the top right corner of the chrome browser and click on Manage extensions.
2. After clicking on the Manage extensions find the iProctor extension and turn it on incase it's switched off as shown below.
3. Once the extension is switched on, the candidate needs to login again to the exam.
