Candidate PC/Laptop crashes during the exam.

Issue

Candidate PC/Laptop crashes during the exam.

Solution

1. Check whether the candidate's answers are saved.  
2. Pause the exam for the Particular Candidate. 
3. Ask the candidate to restart the laptop.  
4. Allow the candidate to login, re authenticate and perform Face check.  
5. Reset the login if they cannot login 
6. Resume the exam. 
If the candidate is unable to restart the computer, inform the invigilator. 
The invigilator will guide the candidate depending on the protocol followed by the college.
