During the "HARDWARE CHECK" Page. You will get a pop-up notification to provide access to the "CAMERA" and "MICROPHONE" as per the screenshots above. It is MANDATORY to click on the ALLOW option to proceed with the examination. 



Candidate facing issue during the hardware check process:



The user has to first check the iProctor Extension. The following steps should be followed. 
The user has to click on the extension icon in Google Chrome and click on the Manage Extension option.



First check whether iProctor extension is added to your extensions list. If it is added then check whether the toggle button is switched on/off. If it is switched off, switch on the toggle button 



Once the toggle button is turned on, all the requirements will be verified as shown below.
