Live Monitor - Navigation
The Live Monitor functionality offers a comprehensive and real-time view of ongoing activities within a given system or application. Designed to provide immediate oversight and control, the Live Monitor empowers administrators and supervisors to observe, assess, and manage various processes as they unfold. Whether it involves overseeing exams, tracking user interactions, or monitoring system performance, the Live Monitor serves as an indispensable tool for maintaining vigilance and optimizing outcomes.
The Live Monitor is used to track the Candidate's actions and status while writing the Exams. It is also used by the Invigilator to Pause, Resume, and Extend the time for the Candidate if it is needed.
In the Delivery Module, the list of exams will be displayed. When the required exam is selected the list of users will be displayed.
In the bottom left corner, the Live Monitor option will be displayed. The Live Monitor screen will be displayed as below.
Using this page the invigilator can perform the below-mentioned functionalities
1. Start Exam.
2. Pause Exam.
3. Resume Exam.
4. Extend Exam.
5. Lock Exam.
6. Terminate the Exam for the candidates in the exam.
