What is the process for retrieving a candidate's responses if they lose their internet connection but continue writing offline?

Solution

Option 1: If the candidate successfully reconnects to the internet, their responses will automatically synchronize with the system. This ensures that all the work they completed while offline is securely saved and updated in real-time once the connection is restored.

Option 2: If the candidate is unable to regain internet connectivity, their responses will not synchronize automatically. In this case, it will be necessary to manually retrieve and upload the candidate's responses to ensure their work is properly recorded and accounted for.

The Offline Recovery file will be recovered from the Candidate using the Hot Keys and will uploaded in the Restore Exam option in the Live Monitor.
