Recovering Exam Answers of the Candidate

Issue

The candidate's network is currently down, but they have already completed the exam. Since the network is still not restored, is there anyway we can retrieve their responses?

Solution

Yes, you can retrieve the candidate's responses. However, if the candidate's internet connection is restored, you can sync the responses by pressing the shortcut (i.e., Alt + Shift + Q) and entering the recovery password. 

This will initiate the sync process. If the internet is still not regained, you can use the same shortcut and select the "Download Response" option.



By entering the restore password, you can download the responses and manually upload them to the system.
