Offline Action

Offline Action

Within the "Offline Action" page, you'll find two essential components: the "Offline Actions Hotkey" and a password. When a candidate experiences connectivity issues and goes offline during an assessment, they can utilize the provided hotkey to access the "Offline Action" page. Here, an administrator or invigilator can use the password to execute specific actions on the candidate's Exam Page, including pausing, resuming, and extending the assessment time as necessary to ensure a fair and equitable testing experience.

Navigate to the Assess App Admin module and click on the Offline Action option.

The Hot Keys are customizable by the administrator, and upon clicking the "Save" button, any modifications made will be retained.
