Integrating new users into a system or platform is a fundamental process that lays the foundation for effective collaboration, interaction, and engagement. Integrating new users into an exam is a pivotal step in the assessment process, ensuring a comprehensive and diverse participation.
The Registration sub-module serves as the gateway to this essential task, enabling the seamless addition of users to specific exams. Navigating this process involves accessing the Registration tab within the iAuthor module and identifying the target exam where new users are to be included. By choosing "Add New Users," the administrator has the option of adding more users of different roles (present in the OE module) enrolling for the exam in the Assess App system.
How to Add New Users to Exam Video Tour
This option enables to create a new user by specifying the details of primary roles such as candidate or Invigilator(Examiner-in-charge) or Marker.
The fields which are to be entered are given below.
- MIN# - The MIN# represents as Client ID, as per the clients requirement the user can provide the Client ID or it can be set from the user side.
- Candidate ID - The Candidate ID generally defines the roll number of the particular candidate.
- Title - This represents the Courtesy Titles.
- Username - The username serves as a unique identifier for individuals
- First Name - The First Name of the user.
- Last Name - The Last Name of the user.
- Email - The email ID of the user needs to be provided here.
- Phone - The phone number of the user.
- Role - The Role will be selected here either it is an Candidate or Marker or Invigilator
- Eligible - Specifies whether the user is eligible or not for the exam.
- Venue - It specifies in which venue the candidate is about to take up the exam
- Booking Status - It mentions the booking status of the candidate.
- Profile Image - The image of the candidate for verification.
Once the details are entered and validated, the user will be added to the exam by clicking on the Save button.
The Admin can enter multiple users at the same time by clicking on the symbol on the top right corner and to decrease the row count, the admin can click the symbol
located at the right corner of the row they wish to remove.
