Issue

Unable to authenticate for the exam (Face recognition issues). 

Solution

Candidate facing Face Authentication issue while logging into the exam. 



1. Check whether the candidate's camera and microphone are turned on. 
2. Advise the Invigilator to verify the candidate manually. 
3. Invigilator will verify the candidate depending on the Protocol followed by the College. 
4. Invigilator can manually verify the candidate using the Verify Identity option which is present under the more option in the Live Monitor Page. 



5. By Verifying the identity the candidate facing the Authentication issue will be allowed to enter into the exam. 
6. In some cases the Photograph of the candidate if not uploaded or, this may lead to the same error. The candidate can send a copy of their photo through the college and the photo can be updated in the system.
