Issue
When logged in, the dashboard does not show the exams.
Solution
1. Candidate when logged into the exam the required exams did not appear on the dashboard.
2. This can be due to the candidate has logged into the exam a bit earlier than the scheduled time. The exam is not Opened for the candidate.
3. In this case, advise the candidate on the Scheduled timing.
4. In rare case scenarios, the particular candidate may not been added to the exam. Immediately add the candidate and assign the candidate to the exam.
