Why does it say 'You are already logged in'?
Solution
This error comes up when a user exits the Safe Exam browser without logging out of their exam dashboard. The correct procedure to close SEB and ensure being logged out of the exam dashboard is to log out first from the dashboard using the logout button on the top-right of the screen then close and exit SEB using the power button on the bottom-right of the screen.
If the user finds themselves unable to log in, they can contact the Assess app support team at support@assessapp.com.au
to reset their session for them.
