Extend Time for a Specific Candidate

Issue

I would like to extend the exam time for a candidate who encountered an issue during the exam. How can I do that?

Solution

To extend a candidate's exam time, start by selecting their name by checking the box next to it. Next, click "Pause Exam." Once the exam is paused, select "Extend Exam" and set the additional time you want to add. After entering the time, click "Save" to confirm. Finally, click "Resume Exam" so the candidate can continue.
