Import Candidate Booklet

Import Candidate Booklet

The "Import Candidate Booklet" feature allows you to upload complete answer papers submitted by candidates. These should be provided in a zip file format.

Navigate to the Assess App Admin module and click on the Import Candidate Booklet option.

The zip file should include a folder named after the exam, following the format "exam ID."

Within this folder, there should be separate files for each candidate's scanned answer paper, with each file named using the candidate's ID.

This structure guarantees the proper organization of answer papers, making them easy to identify and retrieve. The file names should distinctly associate each answer paper with the corresponding candidate. Adhering to this format ensures that the import process remains organized and efficient.

To upload the file, select the zip file and enter the exam ID in the specified field. Click "Upload," and the file will be processed and successfully uploaded.

The file is now successfully imported.
