Import Candidate Responses

Import Candidate Responses

In "Import Candidate Responses," you can upload the answer files submitted by candidates for the exam they have completed. The files should be provided in a zip format for easy management and transfer.

Navigate to the Assess App Admin module and click on the Import Candidate Responses option.

The zip file should contain a folder named after the exam ID.

Within this folder, there should be separate subfolders for each candidate, named in the format "candidate ID_exam ID."

Each candidate's folder should contain individual files for every question they answered, with file names formatted as "candidate ID_exam ID_question ID."

Each answer file will include the scanned image of the candidate's response, as written on the answer paper.

This structure ensures that all candidate responses are clearly associated with the correct exam and question, enabling efficient file management and accurate attribution to each candidate.

1. Click "Add File."
2. Select the relevant zip file.
3. Click "Upload."
4. Once the extraction is complete, click "Save."

The candidate response is successfully imported. If the candidate is not registered for the exam, an error message will appear stating, "Reg No - Not Found"
