Solution

Candidate not able to get through the face verification in surface Pro Camera.​
​
The Microsoft Surface Pro has a front-facing and rear-facing camera. This can cause confusion if the wrong camera is selected.​
​
1. Search for Device Manager. 
2. Select system devices category. 
3. Right click on the Microsoft Rear Camera and select disable.​
​
The above steps will lock down the Rear camera in the Microsoft Surface Pro device, which will enable only the Front camera, which will help in the face recognition.
