Windows/Mac system troubleshooting steps for network and software issues

Basic Troubleshooting

Restarting router: Sometimes, simply restarting the modem can resolve connectivity issues. Unplug the modem from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Wait for the modem to reboot and try to connect to the internet again. 
Checking connections: Ensure that all cables and connections between the modem and the computer or router are secure and not damaged. If any cables are loose or damaged, try replacing them. 

Clearing the Cache and Cookies 

Request the Candidate to clear the Cache and Cookies in the Candidates laptop. 
Navigate to the history and find clear browsing history. Click on the three dots on the top right of the screen> Click on More Tools>Clear Browsing  History.
