Issue

Candidate cannot login (Invalid User ID/Password)



Solution

1. Get the candidate login details of the candidate who is facing the issue by using the download user details option. 



2. Try login using the details of the candidate.





3. Contact the candidate and provide the login details. 
4. Guide the Candidate on the on the Login Process. 
5. Candidate can be advised not to copy and paste the Username and Password. 
6. Candidate can also be advised that the password is Case-Sensitive.
